Luis is probably the dad of a family of 3 pups found tied up outside Ionela’s shelter. Left in the full sun, of the heat of the day. Thankfully he’s now safe. He’s a small dog, even though he looks as if he should be big. He’s got fairly long legs but only weighs about 9kg. He’s approximately 18 months old. He’s a very friendly, happy dog, despite everything, who is living comfortably with other dogs at the shelter.
