Lara was adopted earlier in the year, just before restrictions came into place, so she’s a very lucky girl.

After a good start, Lara has become dominant over the smaller, older dog. The family has tried to overcome the issue, but it seems that Lara needs to be the only pet in the home. She is generally good with other dogs out and about but can be dominant with the odd one or two.

She is fully housetrained. She can be left alone for a couple of hours, maybe longer once settled, as long as she has some chew toys, etc.

Lara loves her walks and requires a decent amount of exercise; at least 2 walks a day. She will lunge toward cats and squirrels, which is nothing unusual.

She’s relaxed and loving at home but does seem to prefer adults. It is essential that Lara has access to a garden.

Lara is fine in the car but does like not traveling in a crate, so will need to be secured in the vehicle.

Any visiting children need to be older and dog savvy. Lara needs an adult, pet-free home. She is approx. 20kg.
