ROSA – Fostered near Taunton

Rosa came to the UK 5 years ago but due to the failing health of her adopter she has been returned to us and is currently in foster near Taunton. Rosa is a calm, gentle dog around 12 years old. She has taken her change in circumstance in her stride. She is toilet trained, she loves her daily walks, although she doesn’t seek them out, and she sits quietly in the car. She is a little uncomfortable with traffic noise, so more rural walks are preferred. She greets other dogs nicely, though she has tried to chase cats! Lalissa was rescued in February 2026, from the streets of Romania.

Rosa mostly likes to find a cushion and curl up, though she likes to play with toys. At present she is living happily with a 3 year old child, so we feel she could live with older, dog savvy children, and other dogs, or as an only dog. Rosa is a very calm, gentle dog who isn’t asking for much from life, but who would enjoy the odd adventure. She can be left for a few house but she appreciates human company so someone who works part-time, or who works from home, or is retired, would be ideal. We hope this time it will be Rosa’s forever home.
