Beautiful Chanel is very reserved and scared. It is heartbreaking because she finds it hard to trust people. She came to the current shelter from an open shelter, along with her 4 puppies, only one of whom is in the UK. All are scared.
Chanel needs to live with another dog or dogs as she is good with them. She cannot be an only dog. She has not been tested with cats and due to her being fearful of people, she needs a home without children. She needs direct access to a secure garden because she will not accept the lead. It needs to be a quiet environment with few visitors and an adopter or adopters who understand that she may never enjoy a daily walk.
Chanel really needs a lot of patience and someone who is experienced in helping dogs who most likely have been traumatised by people. We truly hope there is someone out there to help this beautiful girl out, she truly deserves it.
