JORGE – Adopted U.K.

Jorge is just over 2 years old and weighs around 21kg. He stands 60 cm tall. He is neutered. The one word we would use to describe him overall is joyful.

He is such a good boy in the home, he loves people and is friendly with visitors. He is housetrained and is happy to go for walks. He has recently been on a train and on the tube with his fosters, and he coped very well. He has also had a short break in Dorset where he visited the pub, and ran around happily with his new besties, two little terriers.

Ideally Jorge needs an adult only home with experienced adopters because there are times when he can take a dislike to some dogs who get in his face. He needs adopters who can recognise the difference between him being excited to play, or uncomfortable at the intrusion. Ideally, we would like rural or semi-rural, so that he is able to be walked in quieter areas away from intrusive dogs, but as long as he has experienced adopters who understand his needs, a city setting would work. Jorge could happily live with the right dogs, after sensible introductions.
