PEARL (rrc)

Pearl came into the shelter after a local man asked for her and her kittens to be taken in, saying his child was allergic. Despite the upheaval, Pearl has remained a friendly and affectionate girl.

She is warm with people and can be picked up easily, enjoying attention and fuss. When one of our Trustees met her in October 2025, Pearl was very friendly and more than happy to soak up the attention. She has medium energy levels and enjoys playtime, but she is not overly demanding.

Pearl hasn’t had direct contact with dogs, though she is used to their smell and barking. She would probably be fine as an only pet and can be left for several hours, possibly even a full working day if there is a resident cat for company.

She is looking for an indoor-only home and would love access to a catio or secure, cat-proof garden. Pearl is ready to leave shelter life behind and settle into a loving home where she can enjoy the comfort and stability she deserves.
